Take a consultative approach to recruitment focusing on speed, quality and diversity

🎯 Requirements

A can-do attitude; nothing is outside your remit across hiring
Experience hiring non-tech roles in the UK (Sales, Customer Support, Marketing or Finance)
Experience as a full-time recruiter/talent partner at agency/RPO or in-house high-growth startup/scale-up
Super organised with the ability to prioritise
Experience screening and assessing candidates across varied roles for hard skills and culture
