- A can-do attitude; nothing is outside your remit across hiring
- Experience hiring non-tech roles in the UK (Sales, Customer Support, Marketing or Finance)
- Experience as a full-time recruiter/talent partner at agency/RPO or in-house high-growth startup/scale-up
- Super organised with the ability to prioritise
- Experience screening and assessing candidates across varied roles for hard skills and culture
