  • Deep ATS expertise; Ashby experience preferred; Greenhouse migration helpful.
  • Data-driven; dashboards, KPIs; use metrics to guide decisions.
  • Managed recruiters/coordinators; developed ops professionals.
  • Experience with Ashby workflows, API integrations, and reporting.
  • Familiar with CodeSignal/HackerRank integrations.
