📋 Description

  • Lead 4–5 direct reports across EPD, GTM, and G&A.
  • Set expectations, run 1:1s, deliver feedback, build development plans.
  • Elevate ops: data analysis, process optimization, systems ownership.
  • Own hiring and performance decisions; build career paths.
  • Build the operating system for MaintainX’s talent machine.
  • Drive a culture of speed, accuracy, candidate obsession.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent operations or recruiting operations.
  • 2+ years managing a team of coordinators/sourcers/specialists.
  • Experience building talent ops at a high-growth tech company.
  • Deep ATS experience; Ashby a plus; Greenhouse migration helpful.
  • Data-savvy; builds dashboards and KPIs.
  • Experience leading ATS migration end-to-end and adoption.
