  • Experience scaling talent ops at high-growth tech (Series C+ or 200+ employees).
  • Deep ATS expertise; Ashby strong plus; Greenhouse migration experience.
  • Comfortable with data: dashboards, KPIs, metrics-driven decisions.
  • Managed coordinators; developed them into strong ops professionals; fast, direct communicator; builder mindset.
  • Experience with end-to-end ATS migrations and automation initiatives is a plus.
