🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in talent acquisition, incl. 2+ years in recruitment operations.
- 2+ years recruiting systems administration; ATS (Lever) experience.
- Experience with LMS/LXP admin and e-learning development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong reporting, data analysis, and insights for TA and learning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; contract review and vendor negotiations.
