📋 Description

  • Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and SOPs for efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Maintain and improve operational docs across TA and L&D systems.
  • Support onboarding of Talent Advisors and Coordinators.
  • Oversee onboarding/off-boarding for temporary hires.
  • Plan and facilitate recurring team meetings with the TA Manager.
  • Administer LMS/LXP, ATS (Lever), EchoSpan, and related tools.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition, incl. 2+ years in recruitment operations.
  • 2+ years recruiting systems administration; ATS (Lever) experience.
  • Experience with LMS/LXP admin and e-learning development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong reporting, data analysis, and insights for TA and learning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; contract review and vendor negotiations.
