- Lead scheduling and coordination for candidate interviews.

π― Requirements
- 2+ years in talent operations or recruiting coordination, ideally in a high-growth org.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong cross-functional communication.
- Experience with ATS (Greenhouse/Ashby preferred); scheduling, troubleshooting, customizations, workflows.
- Strong data skills: cleaning, interpreting, and using data to inform decisions.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and aimed at improving candidate experience.
- Excellent communicator; experience supporting Tech Recruitment is a plus.
