  • Lead scheduling and coordination for candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate onsite interviews with white-glove candidate support.
  • Own ATS configuration, troubleshooting, automation, and integrations.
  • Develop recruiting docs and workflows to boost efficiency.
  • Create and maintain reports to monitor recruiting metrics.
  • Partner with Talent to scope and lead projects on scheduling SLAs and candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in talent operations or recruiting coordination, ideally in a high-growth org.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong cross-functional communication.
  • Experience with ATS (Greenhouse/Ashby preferred); scheduling, troubleshooting, customizations, workflows.
  • Strong data skills: cleaning, interpreting, and using data to inform decisions.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and aimed at improving candidate experience.
  • Excellent communicator; experience supporting Tech Recruitment is a plus.
