Design, implement, and scale performance and talent management practices
Lead year-round performance lifecycle: goals, check-ins, reviews, calibration
Partner with HRBPs, HRIS, L&D, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent experiences
Manage complex projects and coach others to build capability
Adapt programs to evolving business needs with operational flexibility

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in performance/talent management or HR
Implementing performance programs at scale
Partner with HRBPs and cross-functional teams
Strong data analytics to identify trends
Experience with HR tech platforms (Workday/Dayforce/Greenhouse/SAP)
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
