  • Serve as primary LMS Administrator: config, access, uploads, reporting

  • Establish KPIs and conduct regular program reviews

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–10 years HR or Talent Management experience
  • Hands-on LMS administration; Docebo preferred
  • Manage multiple programs with strong prioritization
  • Familiar with performance cycles, leadership development, succession planning
  • Strong analytics; define metrics and data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent communication and facilitation; present to senior stakeholders
