🎯 Requirements
- Based in Colombia; remote work with reliable connectivity and overlap with team hours.
- Hands-on ATS experience (Greenhouse or similar).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, X-ray, passive sourcing, and candidate mapping.
- Knowledge of LATAM digital labor market and Colombian labor rules.
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
