📋 Description

  • Support planning and execution of Talent Management programs (succession, leadership development, learning initiatives).
  • Develop and maintain program materials, communications, timelines, and tracking tools.
  • Assist in creating training content, resources, and job aids.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, learning sessions, and leadership programs.
  • Maintain program data, dashboards, SharePoint sites, and documentation.
  • ERG support: serve as HR liaison for ERGs; assist with planning, governance, events, and budget tracking.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, learning & development, employee experience, DEI, or program coordination.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, dashboards, HR platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
