🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years L&D experience with full-cycle instructional design and facilitation
- B.S./B.A. preferred
- Experience with global, virtual, and in-person learning
- Fluent in English and Polish; multilingual a plus
- Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills
- Strong program management, execution and attention to detail
