๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Serve as liaison between the global People team and R&D HRBPs & LT.
  • Design and execute a localization strategy linking global HR programs to R&D goals.
  • Build VP/SVP pipelines and guide targeted development to accelerate readiness.
  • Architect and deliver an R&D talent development approach with calibration and succession.
  • Ensure regular assessment of employee skills and performance across R&D to inform rewards and development.
  • Design and maintain a talent and engagement scorecard to track adoption and outcomes.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications in HR/OD preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years as an HRBP, talent management, or talent development in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Prior experience partnering with Engineering, Product, or R&D in a fast-paced, global tech company.
  • Deep understanding of cyclical HR processes (performance management, compensation, talent reviews/calibrations).
  • Proven track record with senior leadership (Sr. Director/VP) to design leadership development and succession programs.
  • Excellent consultative skills to influence without authority and coach senior leaders.
