Coordinate 20+ interviews per week while maintaining accuracy and SLA adherence
Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Support recruiting operations and hiring workflow projects within Lever
Build and maintain interview plans and feedback forms
Partner with Talent Partners on recruiting initiatives and hiring kickoff meetings
Develop and complete a capstone project on recruiting, candidate experience, or talent strategy
