📋 Description

• Ambassador for global talent acquisition; support full recruitment lifecycle.
• Post and manage job descriptions and careers platforms internally and externally.
• Manage candidate experience globally; coordinate interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in internal recruiting database.
• Build global HR processes spanning HR, finance, and legal; improve recruitment practices.
• Manage candidate and position data in internal systems; drive vacancy/pipeline reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
• 1+ years coordinating, problem solving, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to independently manage multiple long- and short-term projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to perceive nuance.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; high ethical standards.
