🎯 Requirements

8+ years in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
Proven track record managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
Experience developing and activating EVP across candidate touchpoints.
Ability to influence across all levels, including senior leadership.
Experience managing external agencies and deliverables.
Strong analytical skills; define metrics and report impact.
