- Strong writing, concepting, and narrative development skills.
- Experience building social content for brand storytelling (short-form, visual, multimedia).
- Experience developing integrated campaigns and multi-channel narratives.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, creative workflows, and review cycles.
- Data-informed creativity; use insights to refine direction and measure impact; AI tools familiarity.
