🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years in L&D, instructional design, or leadership development.
Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and large-scale programs.
Strong facilitation skills in-person and virtual.
Experience developing instructional content or iterations.
Bilingual English and Spanish; clear cross-cultural communication.
Experience working with managers and cross-functional teams.
