- AI Enthusiast: familiarity with AI tools to optimize TA tasks (descriptions, ranking, sourcing).
- Analytical mindset: leverage Market Intelligence and Talent Insights for trends and decisions.
- Systems experience: ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred) and fluent English.
