🎯 Requirements

5+ years in recruitment, exec search, or workforce advisory at senior level.
Proven experience advising on senior leadership roles.

Experience supporting international expansion or multi-country leadership.
Experience advising executives on feasibility and risk.
Advisory-focused, not delivery-driven recruitment.
