- Drive cross-functional execution with PBPs, People Operations, People Analytics, and Legal to ensure programs are scalable, compliant, measurable, and system-ready.
- Be a force multiplier on AI; help embed AI into how we work to reduce manual work and support real-time decisions.
- Swing support as Business Partner; provide project and operational help to our Tech PBP and others as needed.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years in program mgmt/consulting/CoS/People strategy in a high-growth org.
- Project-manager at heart; owned end-to-end people programs and drove adoption.
- Builds fast; turns strategy into actionable tools and templates; focuses on adoption.
- Systems- and measurement-minded; designs for scale and measurable outcomes.
- Has started applying AI to work; uses AI tools to improve workflows or decision-making.
- Clear communicator; writes crisp docs and manager-facing materials.
