🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house, in high-growth environments.
- Full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, stakeholder mgmt, assessment, closing.
- Successful hiring of software eng, cybersecurity, AI/ML talent.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and data-driven recruiting.
- Strong sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem; build passive pipelines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder mgmt, and negotiation with technical teams.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and ROI-minded for hiring events.
