🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house, in high-growth environments.
  • Full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, stakeholder mgmt, assessment, closing.
  • Successful hiring of software eng, cybersecurity, AI/ML talent.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and data-driven recruiting.
  • Strong sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem; build passive pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder mgmt, and negotiation with technical teams.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and ROI-minded for hiring events.
