🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in technical recruiting (in-house preferred) in fast-growth env.
- Full lifecycle: sourcing, screening, stakeholder mgmt, closing.
- Track record hiring tech talent across software engineering, cybersecurity, AI/ML.
- ATS experience (Greenhouse) and data-driven recruiting practices.
- Strong sourcing; proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
