  • Track record hiring tech talent across software engineering, cybersecurity, AI/ML.
  • ATS experience (Greenhouse) and data-driven recruiting practices.
  • Strong sourcing; proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
