🎯 Requirements

4+ years in talent acquisition; 2+ years in internal TA
Experience recruiting across Operations teams
Ambitious, scrappy recruitment; proven ability to hire top talent quickly
Comfort handling questions on compensation, equity, immigration, and related issues
Strong communicator; comfortable presenting and speaking
Data-driven; use metrics to improve processes
