Run full-cycle recruiting across tech and non-tech roles from first convo to offer
Source and engage top candidates via networks, social platforms, and direct outreach
Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role and uphold standards
Use data and recruiting metrics to spot bottlenecks and keep hiring on track
Build and maintain pipelines for key roles before the need becomes urgent
Drive continuous improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-moving tech or insurtech
Background in technical engineering and product talent hiring is a plus
Fluency with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks
Comfortable with ATS platforms and HR systems as daily tools
Data-driven mindset; use metrics to make decisions
Strong communication and ability to push back on a hiring manager when needed
