🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-moving tech or insurtech
- Background in technical engineering and product talent hiring is a plus
- Fluency with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks
- Comfortable with ATS platforms and HR systems as daily tools
- Data-driven mindset; use metrics to make decisions
- Strong communication and ability to push back on a hiring manager when needed
