📋 Description

  • Run full-cycle recruiting across tech and non-tech roles from first convo to offer
  • Source and engage top candidates via networks, social platforms, and direct outreach
  • Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role and uphold standards
  • Use data and recruiting metrics to spot bottlenecks and keep hiring on track

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-moving tech or insurtech
  • Background in technical engineering and product talent hiring is a plus
  • Fluency with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks
  • Comfortable with ATS platforms and HR systems as daily tools
  • Data-driven mindset; use metrics to make decisions
  • Strong communication and ability to push back on a hiring manager when needed
