  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Define candidate profiles and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience; manage offers and ATS data.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People Ops.
  • Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Startup or high-growth experience preferred.
  • Fintech/payments or technology recruiting preferred.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with ATS and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Lattice, Slack.
