Talent Acquisition Specialist - Emerging Talent

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day internship recruiting cycle from pipeline to offers
• Manage campus/university partnerships and events
• Support new grad and junior hiring for engineering and tech
• Drive employer brand content and social/community materials
• Own intern program experience from pre-boarding to end-of-term survey
• May flex into broader talent acquisition during slow periods
• Travel 10-15%, including weekends during busy periods

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in Emerging Talent, Campus Recruitment, University Relations, or Early Careers
• Proven full-cycle early-career hiring across multiple functions and cohorts
• Hands-on with ATS and recruiting tools (Ashby, BrightHire)
• Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruiting events
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how tools improve sourcing, comms, reporting, candidate experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with candidates, managers, and campus partners
• Data-driven, use metrics, run end-of-cycle recaps, identify process improvements
• Self-starter, autonomous, adaptable in a scaling environment
