  • Proven full-cycle early-career hiring across multiple functions and cohorts
  • Hands-on with ATS and recruiting tools (Ashby, BrightHire)
  • Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruiting events
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how tools improve sourcing, comms, reporting, candidate experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with candidates, managers, and campus partners
  • Data-driven, use metrics, run end-of-cycle recaps, identify process improvements
  • Self-starter, autonomous, adaptable in a scaling environment
