📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for campus programs and junior to mid-level roles.
• Execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and drive the hiring process.
• Build relationships with target universities and student organizations.
• Plan and attend campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
• Collaborate with the Global TA team to standardize processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, campus focus preferred.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to refine strategies.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage priorities.
