- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting in crypto/Web3.
- Experience leading end-to-end recruiting in startups.
- Recruiting across US, Europe, Asia or LatAm.
- Tech and non-technical hiring experience.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
- Knowledge of crypto, blockchain, DeFi ecosystem.
- Experience using ATS (Ashby preferred).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
