  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting in crypto/Web3.
  • Experience leading end-to-end recruiting in startups.
  • Recruiting across US, Europe, Asia or LatAm.
  • Tech and non-technical hiring experience.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
  • Knowledge of crypto, blockchain, DeFi ecosystem.
  • Experience using ATS (Ashby preferred).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
