🎯 Requirements

• Background in HR, Business, or Social Sciences; 1-2 year apprenticeship.
• First internship or project experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Native French and professional English.
• Familiarity with ATS tools (Lever/Greenhouse) and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication: energy, empathy, and pitching Malt's vision.
