- Deliver full-cycle recruitment across all departments
- Establish relationships with managers to understand staffing needs

- Travel as required for recruitment events locally and to the U.S.
π― Requirements
- 3+ years agency or internal recruitment experience
- End-to-end recruitment activities and service delivery
- Experience recruiting in the US market is an asset
- Exceptional direct sourcing via LinkedIn
- Experience using an ATS (Lever preferred)
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in HR or related field preferred
