  • Deliver full-cycle recruitment across all departments
  • Establish relationships with managers to understand staffing needs
  • Develop and improve recruitment systems and strategies
  • Schedule and conduct pre-screening, interviews, references, and events
  • Build diverse sourcing strategies with direct sourcing and proactive channels
  • Travel as required for recruitment events locally and to the U.S.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years agency or internal recruitment experience
  • End-to-end recruitment activities and service delivery
  • Experience recruiting in the US market is an asset
  • Exceptional direct sourcing via LinkedIn
  • Experience using an ATS (Lever preferred)
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in HR or related field preferred
