Own full-cycle recruiting for defined, repeatable roles.
Primary recruiter for assigned repeat/IC roles; timely delivery.
Partner with TA to support intake, sourcing, screening and offers.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search, and AI tools for sourcing.
Schedule interviews, coordinate travel, and maintain candidate comms in ATS.
Collaborate with Employee Experience on onboarding and offers; travel up to 10%.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–4 yrs in full-cycle recruiting.
Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or tech recruiting preferred.
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and sourcing tools.
Skilled in Boolean search and candidate engagement.
Self-starter, quick learner; owns work in dynamic env.
Excellent communication; strong organization; maintains ATS records.
