Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess skills and fit.
Maintain real-time records in Lever ATS for reliable reporting.
Manage high-volume candidate flows and coordinate all assessments.

🎯 Requirements

2 to 4 years in recruitment (agency or in-house)
Native French, fluent English
Passion for identifying top talent
Strong in sales orgs and candidate potential
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proactive and able to drive processes to completion
