Serve as primary stakeholder for assigned departments to align hiring with goals.
Partner with department heads to update hiring progress, challenges, and pipelines.
Facilitate intake meetings with hiring managers to refine requirements.
Identify gaps in recruitment tools and lead process improvements.
Maintain ATS hygiene to ensure a ready pipeline for multi-tier roles.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
Extensive full-cycle recruitment experience; telecom recruiting a plus.
Stakeholder management experience; able to advise department leaders.
Experience participating in or leading HR/TA projects.
Knowledge of recruitment data, trends, and reports.
