๐ฏ Requirements
- 4+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting; at least 2 years in-house
- Proven full-cycle recruitment across functions and geographies; EMEA preferred
- Experience recruiting sales roles: pre-sales, direct sales, channel, marketing, CS
- Source and assess high-quality talent with strong role-fit judgment; French bonus
- Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, recruitment marketing
- Track record of on-time hires with proactive risk communication
