  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across Go-to-Market roles (BDRs, AEs, CSMs)
  • Partner with hiring managers and Sales on role scope and priorities
  • Proactively source talent via referrals, direct sourcing, job boards, and networking
  • Own and prioritise 8+ requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Contribute to employer branding, university partnerships, and employee referral programs
  • Use recruitment data to inform decisions and share insights with managers

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting; at least 2 years in-house
  • Proven full-cycle recruitment across functions and geographies; EMEA preferred
  • Experience recruiting sales roles: pre-sales, direct sales, channel, marketing, CS
  • Source and assess high-quality talent with strong role-fit judgment; French bonus
  • Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, recruitment marketing
  • Track record of on-time hires with proactive risk communication
