📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive relationship management.
• Actively source passive candidates via LinkedIn and events.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and post on boards and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and goals.
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess fit.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of full-cycle in-house recruitment experience.
• Experience with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) to manage pipelines.
• Comfortable testing AI-enabled recruiting and interview tools.
• Strong networking, LinkedIn presence, and relationship-building.
• Solid TA best practices; multitask and manage multiple open roles.
• Excellent communication; convey enthusiasm and professionalism.
