- University degree in social sciences, management or economics
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in recruitment
- Experience working with recruiting sourcing tools, HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools
- Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Perfect English skills; both written and oral
- Residing in Istanbul city center
