- +3 years of experience in-house in tech or related industry; fast-growing env a plus
- A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or similar field
- C2 or Native English level; other languages are a plus
- Experience using ATS systems
- Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong networking and ability to build recruiting partnerships
