  • +3 years of experience in-house in tech or related industry; fast-growing env a plus
  • A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or similar field
  • C2 or Native English level; other languages are a plus
  • Experience using ATS systems
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong networking and ability to build recruiting partnerships
