🎯 Requirements

BA/BS degree with 3+ years tech sourcing experience
Preference for AI Engineer sourcing
Independent sourcing strategies with advanced Boolean search
Experience sourcing hard-to-fill engineering roles in fast-paced env
Strong AI talent expertise and understanding of related tech profiles
Experience using ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
