📋 Description

• Identify and engage technical talent for engineering, product, and related roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking and relationship-building.
• Collaborate with TA Partners to understand Product & Engineering hiring needs.
• Diversity sourcing to support DEI initiatives in hiring.
• Use ATS/tools to manage candidate pipelines and sourcing metrics.
• Maintain data hygiene and apply best practices in sourcing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience in engineering, software, or product roles.
• 1+ years in-house recruiting or sourcing within startups or fast-growing tech.
• Technical understanding of software engineering, DevOps, data science, and product development.
• Collaborative with internal recruiting teams and hiring managers.
• Familiar with Workday, Greenhouse, HackerRank, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment and adapt quickly to changing needs.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Analytical skills to track sourcing metrics and refine strategies.
