• Lead recruitment for high-volume roles across multiple geographies for sales profiles.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines.
• Screen, assess, and engage candidates; manage interview coordination.

• Maintain ATS and posting platforms; ensure global compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in high-volume recruitment or sourcing.
• Proven track record filling large volumes while keeping candidate experience high.
• Deep sourcing: Boolean search, talent mapping, pipeline development, passive outreach, AI.
• Data-driven; use metrics to drive decisions and improve results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across timezones and seniority.
• Experience with or willingness to work in remote/distributed environments.
• Familiar with ATS (Greenhouse), recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Curious, always-learning mindset; balance strategy and hands-on execution.
• Experience recruiting in US market for high-volume sales.
