  • Data-driven; use metrics to drive decisions and improve results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across timezones and seniority.
  • Experience with or willingness to work in remote/distributed environments.
  • Familiar with ATS (Greenhouse), recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools.
  • Curious, always-learning mindset; balance strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Experience recruiting in US market for high-volume sales.
