  • Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring.
  • Conduct initial outreach and generate interest in open roles.
  • Screen candidates and assess fit with role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) and track progress.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and share pipeline metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in sourcing or recruiting (agency or in-house)
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets
  • Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter experience
  • Experience supporting technical, cybersecurity, or SaaS hiring
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
