π― Requirements
- 3β5+ years in sourcing or recruiting (agency or in-house)
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets
- Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Experience supporting technical, cybersecurity, or SaaS hiring
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
