Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring.
Conduct initial outreach and generate interest in open roles.
Screen candidates and assess fit with role requirements.
Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) and track progress.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and share pipeline metrics.

🎯 Requirements

3–5+ years in sourcing or recruiting (agency or in-house)
Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets
Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter experience
Experience supporting technical, cybersecurity, or SaaS hiring
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
