Assist recruitment process: strategy, posting, sourcing, diversity outreach, and offer management.
Build talent pipelines via Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other channels.
Design and lead regional sourcing strategies for Guidepoint.
Support TA associates on projects including data analysis and ATS management.
Manage interview scheduling, communications, and candidate engagement.
Own corporate and mid-senior level recruiting practices, employer branding, and KPI reporting.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in sourcing / candidate research
Experience sourcing for corporate and mid–senior level roles
Agency experience a plus
Strong project management and communication skills
Data-driven mindset: use metrics to refine strategies
