📋 Description

• Establish end-to-end plan for assigned roles.
• Attract, engage and hire clinical and non-clinical candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Ops to lead the process.
• Recruit core clinical roles and entry/mid-level positions.
• Temporary, full-time role; initial 6 months, remote.
• Remote work 9am–5pm Central Time.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Manage multiple open requisitions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Remote healthcare recruiting; MS Office proficiency.
