- Proven track record of successful recruitment strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and advanced tools.
- Collaborates with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; builds relationships.
