🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in talent acquisition, preference for strategic recruiting in B2B/SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment strategies in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and advanced tools.
  • Collaborates with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; builds relationships.
