• Identify top talent and refine interview processes to cut time-to-hire.
• Train teams to recruit effectively and raise hire quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
• High-volume recruitment for mid to senior technical roles.
• Extensive hands-on sourcing across seniority levels to engage top talent.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS (Greenhouse & Workday a plus).
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up.
• Willingness to work from our London office three days a week.
