Partner with TA team and hiring managers to align roles and strategy.
Manage full lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and negotiations.
Utilize Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and other tools to engage passive candidates.
Provide consultative staffing updates to hiring managers via weekly/monthly reports.
Promote and optimize the Employee Referral Program.
Participate in university recruiting and career fairs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher from a US-accredited college.
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technical recruiting.
Proven ability to source passive candidates and build multi-state pipelines.
Experience recruiting for engineering, architectural, or professional consulting roles.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS and other recruiting systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
