π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a US-accredited college.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technical recruiting.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and build multi-state pipelines.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, architectural, or professional consulting roles.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and other recruiting systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
