📋 Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruiting strategies.
  • Manage full lifecycle for G&A roles and support university/early career hiring.
  • Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Lead university hiring initiatives: career fairs, campus outreach, internships, and new grads.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely updates to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year, U.S.-accredited college.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting including corporate/G&A roles.
  • Experience supporting university, campus, or early-career hiring.
  • Experience using ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for campus events.
