🎯 Requirements

- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting including corporate/G&A roles.
- Experience supporting university, campus, or early-career hiring.
- Experience using ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for campus events.
