- Excellent relationship builder with hiring managers and candidates.
- Skilled in creative sourcing and identifying passive talent through multiple channels.
- Proficient with Greenhouse, Fountain, Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Willing and able to travel up to 20% to support hiring across regions.
