  • Excellent relationship builder with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Skilled in creative sourcing and identifying passive talent through multiple channels.
  • Proficient with Greenhouse, Fountain, Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 20% to support hiring across regions.
