• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salary roles in retail.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a high-volume, full-cycle recruitment role in retail.
• Track record of maintaining multiple requisitions and high-volume periods.
• Agency experience is a strong asset.
• Multichannel recruitment approach: inbound, sourcing, referrals.
• Experience developing strategies for challenging roles.
• Sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
