  • High school diploma or equivalent + 2-3 yrs recruiting in high-volume roles
  • OR Bachelor's in HR/Business/Psychology/Healthcare Admin + 1-2 yrs recruiting
  • Experience sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in competitive markets
  • Proficiency with an ATS to manage candidate pipelines
  • Strong organization and prioritization across multiple requisitions
  • Clear verbal and written communication; partner with clinic leaders
