- Coordinate on-site interviews with Clinic Directors and prep candidates
- Extend offers within compensation frameworks and ensure timely acceptance
- Maintain ATS data and provide timely candidate communication
๐ฏ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent + 2-3 yrs recruiting in high-volume roles
- OR Bachelor's in HR/Business/Psychology/Healthcare Admin + 1-2 yrs recruiting
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in competitive markets
- Proficiency with an ATS to manage candidate pipelines
- Strong organization and prioritization across multiple requisitions
- Clear verbal and written communication; partner with clinic leaders
