Own end-to-end recruiting for BT and RBT roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
Manage high-volume requisitions aligned to clinic needs and timelines
Build and maintain BT/RBT pipelines via job boards, referrals, outreach
Coordinate on-site interviews with Clinic Directors and prep candidates
Extend offers within compensation frameworks and ensure timely acceptance
Maintain ATS data and provide timely candidate communication

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent + 2-3 yrs recruiting in high-volume roles
OR Bachelor's in HR/Business/Psychology/Healthcare Admin + 1-2 yrs recruiting
Experience sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in competitive markets
Proficiency with an ATS to manage candidate pipelines
Strong organization and prioritization across multiple requisitions
Clear verbal and written communication; partner with clinic leaders
